When will my order be shipped?

After placing your order, one of our designers will start working on your design.

This process takes about 3 to 7 days, depending on how busy it is.

Then the end result will be sent as a Digital File to your specified email address. If you have also ordered a print, it will be printed in the format of your choice and offered to Postnl, which will take care of the shipment. ** (Postnl has different delivery times due to the Corona Crisis, unfortunately we have no influence on this)

How do I cancel an order?

We can only cancel orders that have not yet been designed by us.

Did you make a mistake? Then request a cancellation as soon as possible, so that we can intervene in time. After 24 hours, the order has most likely already been processed. As soon as this takes effect, our designer's service has already been performed and we pay for it. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but we pride ourselves on the fast service and this includes delivering your orders as quickly as possible.

 

What is the return policy?

If there is something wrong with your order (defective product, wrong order, damaged order, etc.), please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order.

We are happy to help you assess the case and will find a suitable solution. As you understand, the photo portraits are personal and we cannot make refunds as we cannot sell them to others.

What type of photo or photos work best?

Take a close-up photo of a pet at eye level in good light outside.

Can you also make a portrait with multiple heads / heads?

Yes, we generally do max. 5 pets or heads in a portrait.

You can upload multiple photos of pets. We can merge pets or heads from different photos into a portrait. If in doubt on your side, you can always contact us.

Do you only do dogs and cats?

No, we do all animals, people, houses, other objects as; cars, basically any photo you want edited!

Can I still change my order?

We can only cancel orders that have not yet been designed by us. Did you make a mistake? Then request a cancellation as soon as possible, so that we can intervene in time. After 6 hours, the order has most likely already been processed. Once this goes into effect, our service has already been performed. You order the styles as indicated on the product pages according to the principle "What You See Is What You Get". You will receive your order by e-mail as soon as possible within the delivery time set by us, unfortunately no adjustments can be made by us here, only if mistakes have been made by us due to incorrect spelling of the names you provided. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but we pride ourselves on the fast service and this includes delivering your orders as quickly as possible.
